Description | Ville d'Afrique is a housing village in the French Provençal style on the banks of the Crocodile River, at the mouth into the Hartbeespoort Dam. The setting provides magnificent views towards the river to the west and south-west, as well as across the dam to the north. This development is one of a series of security Villages within the Estate d'Afrique. Ville d'Afrique is an individual security village and individual stands of various sizes, and each erf with individual character and features that requires specific design to make full use of the potential of each Site. The resident is hereby referred to terms and conditions in the Agreement of Sale which deems to exist between the Seller and the Purchaser that may be applicable by implication or otherwise in terms of these Architectural Guidelines. |
